Our 8-week Nutrition Course is launching its Fall semester the week of September 26th. The one thing we can all agree on is that we all need some time to pause and slow down to make sure we are doing the things that we want to do and are headed to the places we want to go. Let’s dial in for the 8 weeks leading into the Holiday’s.

3x Weekly Strength and Conditioning Classes: We utilize circuit training, kettlebells, and barbells to build strength and muscular endurance. During the program, you will progress through three separate phases to ensure effectiveness as well as safety.

Weekly Nutrition Class: In addition to workouts, you will also work with our nutrition coaches to determine your specific nutrition needs and goals. We realize nutrition is not a “one size fits all” situation. Our nutrition program is therefore broken down into classes designed to fit your personal needs. By the end of the program you will not only be eating better, but feeling better as well.

  1. First Session is a 1 on 1 session to individualize your semi-private classes.
  2. You will be paired in groups of 5 based on goals, past nutrition, and your schedule. The group is a great way to learn from each other and get the support needed to breakthrough. The group with relative body fat loss (based on formula) will win a prize.
  3. Week 8 exit strategy class – continuing your journey after classes.
  4. Your own Personal Nutrition Book.
